Popular Ugandan influencer and content creator Christine Nampeera has revealed details about her recent breast reduction surgery, a life-changing procedure that helped her overcome gigantomastia — a rare condition that causes abnormally large breasts.
The influencer, widely admired for her body positivity advocacy, shared that she had always loved herself at every stage, but the health complications and physical strain caused by her condition pushed her to seek medical intervention.
“12 days post-op, and my heart is overflowing. Words can’t capture the joy of finally closing the chapter on my gigantomastia journey. I’ve loved myself through every shape and size, but I’m completely in love with my new breasts. I never knew breathing could feel this light and free,” Nampeera shared via X (formerly Twitter).
According to Nampeera, the surgery cost about UGX 12 million, an amount she considers a worthwhile investment for her health, confidence, and comfort. She also thanked her doctors for their professionalism and support throughout the process.
