Ugandan singer *Desire Luzinda* is back in the headlines after her former lover, *Maj. Juma Seiko*, reopened a long-running dispute over her daughter, Mitchelle. This comes just a day after Luzinda’s introduction ceremony with gospel singer *Levixone*.
Speaking to *Bukedde TV*, Seiko said he was upset about not being invited to the ceremony but understood why Luzinda might have left him out, pointing to the ongoing question of Mitchelle’s paternity.
“She knows that I have a bond with her. It has nothing to do with love; that chapter was closed, and I wish her good luck with that young man. But I have something to grind with her, and it is affecting me a lot,” Seiko said.
Seiko claims he has repeatedly asked Luzinda for a DNA test to confirm he is Mitchelle’s father, but she has refused.
“She knows that blood is thicker than water. She knows that that child is mine. I have pushed her to go for a DNA test. Why has she declined? She refused to bring the girl from school, and yet we had agreed with her lawyers,” he added.
He went on to say that anyone looking at Mitchelle could see the resemblance.
“That girl is mine… This will never end. I am waiting for the right time to take action,” Seiko warned.
So far, Desire Luzinda has not responded publicly to these claims. Fans continue to watch closely as this personal matter unfolds, coming right after Luzinda’s high-profile celebration with Levixone.
