Ugandan socialite Prima Kadarshi, born Prima Ndagire, has openly admitted that single motherhood is harder than she ever imagined, following her highly publicized breakup with singer Geosteady.
After parting ways with Geosteady â the father of her two daughters â Prima took full responsibility for raising their children. Her decision came after reports that co-parenting between the two had failed, with Prima accusing the singer of neglecting his fatherly duties.
Despite Geosteadyâs repeated requests to see his daughters, Prima had allegedly denied him access, insisting that a man who does not support his children financially has no right to visit them.
However, in a recent social media video that has since gone viral, Prima Kadarshi confessed that the burden of single parenting has become overwhelming. She admitted that raising children alone has drained her emotionally and financially, and urged fellow single mothers to respect their baby daddies to encourage them to play an active role in their childrenâs lives.
âSingle motherhood is not easy. The stress is too much. Sometimes we need to humble ourselves and allow the fathers to help,â Prima shared in the heartfelt video.
Her remarks have sparked mixed reactions online, with some commending her honesty while others accused her of double standards following her earlier stance against Geosteady.
