Ritah Danchall Accuses Spice Diana’s Manager Roger Lubega of Sexual Misconduct and Career Sabotage

Ugandan singer, video vixen, and urban dancer Ritah Nassozi, popularly known as Ritah Danchall, has come forward with explosive allegations against Roger Lubega, the longtime manager of renowned artist Spice Diana.

In a recent interview, Ritah claimed that Roger attempted to engage in a sexual relationship with her when she first joined his male-dominated team. According to Ritah, her refusal to comply led to weeks of professional retaliation, including being removed from ongoing work and projects.

“I recall when I first joined Manager Roger’s team, which was predominantly male. Many of them were interested in pursuing a sexual relationship with me, but I declined their advances. Roger took it personally and prevented me from working for about two weeks,” Ritah stated.

She further explained that it was Ziza Bafana, a fellow artist and former Source Management affiliate, who reached out to her and helped resolve the issue temporarily. After Ziza questioned her absence, Roger was compelled to bring her back to complete an unfinished project.

This isn’t the first time Ritah has had public disputes with Source Management, the music label co-led by Roger Lubega and Spice Diana. Their feud has previously escalated to the extent of legal action, with Ritah once being jailed over undisclosed issues allegedly linked to the "Siri Regular" singer and her management.

Since aligning herself with Sheebah Karungi, a known rival of Spice Diana, Ritah has repeatedly criticized the label, accusing it of toxic leadership and mistreatment of artists. She is not alone in these claims—other Ugandan artists including Ziza Bafana, Gravity Omutujju, Geosteady, and Green Daddy have also spoken out against Roger and Spice Diana in the past.

As of now, Roger Lubega has not publicly responded to the serious accusations made by Ritah Danchall. The silence has only fueled further speculation and public interest in what is rapidly becoming one of the most contentious feuds in Uganda’s entertainment industry.
