Spice Diana has once again addressed her ongoing feud with fellow artist Sheebah Karungi, responding directly to recent comments Sheebah made during a press conference for her upcoming concert, The Return Of The Queen. The two musicians have been at odds for years, and the rivalry continues to captivate both fans and the media.
Speaking candidly on NBS TV After 5, Spice Diana expressed her indifference to Sheebah’s latest remarks, bluntly stating, “Sheebah has nothing better to do than talk about me.” She pointed out that the long-running tension between the two has led to a narrative where Sheebah continues to bring her name up in the spotlight.
Spice Diana also shared her frustration over the actions of a few of Sheebah’s die-hard fans, who have crossed the line into personal attacks. “They even added me to a WhatsApp group, where they showered me with insults,” Spice Diana revealed. “Does that make sense? If Sheebah’s team can’t control her fans, what’s the point of stirring up unnecessary drama?”
The two artists' rivalry has intensified in recent years, with their respective fanbases often clashing online. Despite the tension, Spice Diana made it clear that such behavior doesn't bother her anymore. "At the end of the day, they can say whatever they want, but it’s not going to affect me or my career," she said, adding that her focus remains on delivering great music to her fans.
Sheebah’s recent remarks during her press conference at Serena Hotel , which hinted at not paying bloggers to attack Spice Diana, also caught the attention of the Omusheshe singer. "About not paying bloggers, I don’t know what goes on behind the scenes, but we all know that actions speak louder than words,” Spice said. “You don’t need to pay bloggers to attack me when your team is already doing it openly. The difference is minimal.”
Despite the ongoing animosity, Spice Diana urged both artists and their followers to adopt a more peaceful approach to the Ugandan music scene. “We share fans as artists, and the real fans don’t attack anyone. But there are always small groups of diehard fans who can be controlled if we choose to,” she said, stressing the importance of unity within the industry.
Spice Diana’s candid remarks are a reminder of how the rivalry between her and Sheebah continues to dominate conversations in Uganda’s music scene. But as the drama continues, Spice remains focused on her career and looks forward to her upcoming projects, leaving the feud behind.
