Sqoop Larma Dumps Kibbo Management for Overpromising and Under-Delivering

Ugandan musician Sqoop Larma, real name Sserunjoji Larma, has officially cut ties with Kibbo Management, just months after being unveiled under their wing.

In an explosive revelation during a TV interview, the singer said Kibbo failed to live up to their promises, forcing him to “pause” the partnership.

“They swayed a little and didn’t fulfill what they had promised. They promised too much but didn’t deliver. We hadn’t even started working very well, and some things didn’t go right, so I put them on hold,” Larma bluntly noted.

While the breakup might sound bitter, Sqoop insists there’s no bad blood, adding that he and Kibbo still collaborate on charity projects. He also didn’t rule out a possible reunion in the future, though he’s currently not hunting for a manager. Instead, he hinted at having a new team he plans to unveil soon.

Kibbo Establishment, the same management that unceremoniously dropped rapper Feffe Bussi last year citing financial dishonesty, now finds itself in another messy split. Only this time, it’s Sqoop Larma walking away—accusing them of selling him dreams.

Whether or not the two parties “bounce back together,” one thing is clear: Sqoop isn’t afraid to speak his truth.
