Ugandan music executive and audio producer Julius Bologna Kayiira is engaged in music production and artist development activities in Kampala through LMS Hub Kampala, a creative studio and music-focused platform he founded
Kayiira was born in Masaka Town, Uganda, and began his involvement in music through school-based music, dance, and drama (MDD) programs.

In 2011, he traveled to the United States as part of the Ugandan Orphans Choir under Childcare Worldwide, where the group performed Ugandan cultural music while supporting initiatives aimed at assisting vulnerable children.
Based in Kampala, Kayiira works in music production and audio engineering, including studio recording, mixing, and mastering.
His professional activities also include creative direction, artist management, and music business support for emerging artists.

He is the founder of LMS Hub Kampala, which provides production services, youth talent development, and structured support for independent artists working on music projects and releases.
Kayiira is also involved in community support efforts through the Katuga Children’s Home Program, which focuses on education and basic care for vulnerable children.

His work reflects broader developments within Uganda’s creative sector related to professionalization, artist development, and structured music production.
